Assuming that you have an up to date support
contract, the team at Open Text are poised waiting to help.

may be able to offer additional input.
This is the best route to log questions and issues. Direct
communication with a specific representative always slows the process down.
Each call logged MUST be restricted to a single issue... already open calls
