Balboa Peaks Forms Transatlantic Partnership With DMS4u
Global support and assistance for Magellan / Gauss / Open Text customers.
November 1st 2009, Colorado Rocky Mountain Valley (USA) and Milton Keynes (UK)
Balboa Peaks Software, LLC. (a Open Text Business partner company) and
DMS4u (UK) Limited (a
UK Open Text partner company) have formed an alliance to enable seamless
implementation and support of Document Management Systems formed around the Magellan Software, Gauss Interprise DocManager system which is now
developed and licensed by Open Text.
Both companies have extensive experience in this area and have previously
cooperated on projects where global organizations have required integrated
implementations across the USA and Europe. The new alliance cements this
relationship and promotes the concept of "Joined-up-thinking" within
customers whom have a wide geographical presence.

Open Text Product Update Webinar for Gauss/Magellan Customers

Open Text have produced an update webinar. This covers many aspects of the DocManager products including an excellent demonstration of using the ContentExplorer module to gain access to the repository (Your SpyView documents!) via an Internet Explorer browser session.

provide service to all existing and new users of the LiveLink VIP DocManager system ( a.k.a. SpyView ).
Open Text will continue to provide their high level of technical support via the normal channels, however customers will benefit from enhanced pre and post sales assistance which is more focused on the specific system and their hardware platform.
